Responsible for
To ensure the commercial integrity of the business unit is maintained and enhanced through commercial activities and timely and accurate reporting, whilst supporting business unit decision-making.
 
Reports To
Strategic Commercial Manager, Chief Executive/Managing Director.
 
Supervises
May supervise Commercial or Administration staff.
 
Main Activities
  • Structures and negotiates new business deals to the best commercial advantage of the organisation.
  • Provide commercial advice and support to the management team and contribute to senior management decision making.
  • Responsible for drafting contractual terms and contracts, as well as monitoring and ensuring the successful delivery of business in accordance with the contractual terms.
  • Making recommendations for profit improvement strategies.
  • Assisting with the development of innovative commercial business solutions in line with corporate financial targets and requirements.
