Responsible for
To ensure the commercial integrity of the business unit is maintained and enhanced through commercial activities and timely and accurate reporting, whilst supporting business unit decision-making. |

Strategic Commercial Manager, Chief Executive/Managing Director. |

May supervise Commercial or Administration staff. |

Main Activities
Structures and negotiates new business deals to the best commercial advantage of the organisation.
Provide commercial advice and support to the management team and contribute to senior management decision making.
Responsible for drafting contractual terms and contracts, as well as monitoring and ensuring the successful delivery of business in accordance with the contractual terms.
Making recommendations for profit improvement strategies.
Assisting with the development of innovative commercial business solutions in line with corporate financial targets and requirements.
