Responsible for
Heading up and strategically managing a medium sized ICT organisation or group of organisations with annual revenue/sales turnover of between A$61 - 250M. |

Reports To
Typically this role would report to an International Board, an Asia Pacific Region Executive or a Local Board, Shareholders etc. |

Supervises
Senior Executive Management Team. |
| |
Main Activities
Overseeing the attainment of revenue/sales turnover targets of between A$61 - 250M.
Overseeing the management of expense budgets and the satisfactory performance of various profit centres across the organisation.
Submitting business forecasts and budgets for the consideration of the Board and recommending major policy changes and developments.
Ensuring that agreed strategies are implemented.
Assuming accountability under the Companies Act for the statutory compliance of all business activities.
Acting as the chief spokesperson for the organisation.
Directing and motivating the Senior Executive team.
Whilst the majority of CEO's in this role would be acting completely in an executive function, some may be regularly involved in sales and/or technical activities.

Typical Experience
Typically, more than 15 years experience in all aspects of management at a senior level, coupled with relevant tertiary qualifications and management training. |

Other Comments
This role would typically be responsible for operations in Australia but it is not unusual for CEO's in this role to have responsibilities extending to countries outside Australia such as New Zealand or countries within Asia Pacific. |
