Non Government Organisations (NGO) Remuneration ReportThe Non Government Organisations (NGO) Remuneration Report is open to participation from organisations within the Community & Social Services Sector of the broader Non Government Group. The first survey was produced by Hewitt CSi and launched in June 2003. The survey is expected to grow dramatically over time. Membership to the survey includes an invitation to participate in an annual remuneration forum, to be held shortly after the results are disseminated. The forum provides an informal meeting place for contributors to network and discuss items such as current survey results, maximising the value of the survey, sector related issues and other topics of interest. A condition of participation to the survey is an agreement to comply with a set of membership guidelines, including a requirement that a senior HR professional represents each organisation at the annual forum.
