Responsible for
Developing and driving sustainability programs across the Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) Business. |

Head of Sustainalibility, Integrated Facilities Management |

Main Activities
Ensuring a high delivery of sustainability programs to internal and/or external stakeholders.
Providing advice to develop, implement and oversee the design and delivery of sustainability initiatives and identifying new business opportunities relating to these initiatives.
Providing thought leadership and innovative thinking around sustainability to internal and/or external stakeholder and the IFM team.
Preparing bid submissions for EOI’s, RFPs including strategy, IFM pricing & scope.
Fulfilling the role of sustainability lead through IFM new account transitions.
Developing and maintaining effective customer rapport from initial contact, through contract commencement and throughout the life of the working relationship with internal/external stakeholders.
Preparing sustainability scoping or briefing documents for use in the tender of consultant or contractor works, and participating in the assessment of tender responses and award of contacts.
Promoting and leading sustainability innovations within the IFM management teams.

Key Skills
Significant track record in sustainability in developing and driving sustainability initiatives, ideally within the real estate sector.
Strong expertise in the sustainability field and possess a passion for sustainability issues.
Strong understanding of the principles and practical application of industry standard ratings systems such as Green Star and NABERS (Energy, Water etc).
Strategic thinking and planning ability.
Strong written and verbal communications skills.
Proficiency in MS Office applications.
