Responsible for
Providing detailed working drawings to enable construction which incorporate key stakeholder’s unique style and variations in accordance with design policies. |

Design Manager |

Supervises
Junior Interior Designers. |

Main Activities
Completing all design layouts as prioritised by the Design Manager and in consultation with key stakeholders.
Ensuring material finishes and colour selections.
Ensuring ioinery detailing and specification writing comply with relevant codes, regulations and design guidelines.
Identifying optimum solutions.
Handling design queries from site and management.

Ability to present and sell your ideas to internal or external stakeholders.
Ability to provide innovative concept designs for assigned projects.
Well developed CAD skills
Ability to take projects successfully through the Contract Administration stage.
Good negotiation skills.
