In 1986 Hewitt established the Australian Transport, Shipping & Logistics Remuneration Report. During the year of 2001 the survey was combined into Hewitt's General Industries Salary Survey. As of March 2005 the Transport, Shipping & Logistics Salary Survey has been re-established as a stand alone survey, highlighting the need for reliable and current salaries and benefits information within this industry.

The survey contains remuneration information from organisations operating in the transport, shipping and logistics sectors as well as general commentary on salary movements, economic commentary and career levels.

Survey Highlights

• The March 2010 report has 13 contributing organisations
• 69 positions were surveyed and published
• Remuneration Forums are held twice per year in Sydney providing an informal meeting place for survey contributors to network and discuss items such as current survey results, maximising the value of your survey, industry related issues and other topics of interest
• Hewitt continues to enhance the content of the survey to reflect market changes
