Remuneration Forums

Hewitt CSi's Remuneration Forums are designed to provide survey participants with an overview of survey results, expert advice on an area of remuneration/HR management and an opportunity to network.

The forums are interactive with participants discussing and debating issues throughout the presentations and during the breaks.

A typical forum agenda includes:

Expert analysis of survey results
Commentary on the Australian and/or New Zealand pay markets and industry trends
A key note speaker presentation on a remuneration management or HR topic (for example: novated leasing, top executive reward, retention strategies, etc)
An update on Hewitt CSi's products and services

Remuneration Forums are free of charge to survey participants and are held either once or twice a year in Sydney, Melbourne, Auckland or Wellington for the following Hewitt CSi salaries and benefits survey participants:
